Traditional skyr
A modern product with Icelandic roots.
Skyr is made from skim milk and live active cultures, then strained to separate the whey.

What makes skyr different
More milk. More protein.
A cup of skyr requires around three to four times the milk used for a regular cup of yoghurt. The result contains roughly two to three times the protein of standard yoghurt.
Skyr is filling, low in fat and rich in protein. KÚ Skyr develops the product in a variety of flavours.
